Who We Serve
We're here for those living with diabetes who could greatly benefit from insulin pump therapy but are held back due to financial constraints or insurance coverage limitations. Our primary goal is to reach out to those who are eager to take control of their diabetes but lack the necessary resources to do so.
Selection Process
At Pump Avenue, patients can join our program in two primary ways:
Method 1: Through Medical Providers: We partner with healthcare institutions, and potential patients are referred to us by medical professionals within these organizations.
Method 2: Directly Through Patients: Potential patients can directly reach out to us using an online application available on our website, initiating the process to join our program. When you apply, and a member on our team will reach out to schedule an eligibility interview.
The Pump Avenue Experience
At Pump Avenue, we strive to meet each patient's unique needs, recognizing the individual circumstances that shape their journey with diabetes. Our program extends beyond service provision—we're a community, a family committed to supporting each patient in their diabetes management journey. Should a patient's insulin pump malfunction, we have a system in place to exchange it with a working model. This way, we ensure consistent support and minimize any potential disruptions to their diabetes management.
For every patient we serve, we provide insulin pump training support and assistance as you make the transition.
Recognizing the power of education in diabetes management, we ensure our patients have access to comprehensive resources about insulin pump therapy.
